Susan Johnstone (Sussex)

I can honestly say that discovering Afifah 3 years ago has been, in terms of my health, life changing. She was recommended to me by a friend who also happens to be a medical doctor. I had suffered 40 years from bladder problems which required endless doses of antibiotics and I was was in constant discomfort. Those problems now seem a distant memory.
But it didn’t stop there because via her interesting nutritional lectures, I began to recover from the upheaval the antibiotics had caused to my digestive tract. Afifah has helped restore my health by supplying me with the tools and know how.
As an extra bonus, I have been indulging in a little of her UVB light treatment which tops up depleted Vitamin D levels during the winter. The effects have been much appreciated. My energy levels are noticeably improved for this time of the year. It’s going to be less easy justifying a winter break in the sun.
