M A (Sussex)

Changing my diet was not easy at first as I had to break through some of my old beliefs, but once I had freed myself from all that, and thought about diet more realistically, I found I could do it (though I still don’t fancy eating beef). The evidence of the gene test you did with me helped a lot and I have not found it as hard as I expected and neither has my digestive system. The results for my skin have been amazing. Where once I was covered with psoriasis now I just have a couple of small patches left, and these are no longer so red, just a bit dry. Everyone says I look well, so clearly something is radically different, and I feel much stronger, with no colds all winter (so far) which is new for me, so I will stick with your approach as it is working.
