*After the first hour I charge in 15 minute increments, so if a consultation takes 1 hour and 20 minutes you will only be charged for 1¼ hours, if takes 1hour 40 minutes I will charge for 1½ hours. The initial consultation fee is capped at 2 hrs (£184)

Payment

Fees are payable at the end of each appointment by cash, cheque or card.

Late cancellation fee
Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice incur a fee of £46

Concessions
If you are on benefits a reduction of £10 per hour will be applied to the consultation fee.

Booking appointments

By booking an appointment you are undertaking to do your best to attend at the agreed time. If you are going to be late, please phone to let us know. If you have to cancel, please give us at least 24 hrs notice. In the event that you miss an appointment and do not let us know we may charge a late cancellation fee.

Your contact details:
We will never sell or share your details (name, address, email, phone number) with any outside individual, company or organisation without your express consent.

Medical confidentiality:
All consultations, medical discussions, notes and lab results will be held in strictest confidence. They will only be shared with other medical practitioners or therapists if and when medically necessary and only then with your prior consent (for example if we needed to discuss your case with your GP, or osteopath, we would check with you first)

If you ask us to arrange lab tests for you then you consent to us sharing information necessary for that test, which may include discussing details your case with the laboratory consultant (for example to clarify the implications of your results and to discuss possible treatments). You have a right to a copy of your lab tests.
