In my clinic I see many people with autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal problems, neurological and cutaneous (skin) diseases. A remarkably high percentage of them are intolerant to wheat, gluten or other grains. In some cases they have found no improvement on a normal gluten-free diet, or they have been told by their doctor that they are not coeliac. Yet once they eliminate all (or most) grains they often make remarkable progress. Articles in this section look at the rapidly emerging evidence that explains how grains can be so toxic for health.
